If you have purchased after 1pm on a Friday your order will be processed on Monday & we will contact you on Monday for your details if we have not already received them.

Telephone lines are open Mon-Fri 10am-3pm but are often very busy, you will get a quick response by sending us a message either though our Contact Us page or by using the on screen live chat in the bottom right corner.


Returns Policy

You may return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) you will not need to return your item if you are having a replacement.

All our signs are bespoke & individually personalised to the customers requirements and as such we ask you to view the many pictures we
have available and if you are unsure to contact us via email or telephone before you purchase as returns are very costly for us.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your name, email address and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We will require photographic evidence if you have received your item with an unlikely error or breakage, on receipt of your photo we will
send you an immediate replacement with no return necessary. Breakages will be reported to royal mail so that they can investigate your post
delivery person & any other handlers.
If your order does not arrive we will trace it through the Royal mail system and we will also send you a free replacement once confirmed they
have lost the order.
If for any other reason you wish to return your order we offer a guaranteed returns policy but you will have to return your order in the
condition it was received in and at your own cost, we do not pay for return p&p.
Please use a tracked and signed for service for your own piece of mind.

Please remember to include a picture of the item you want to return.
Do Not return the item until one of our customer care team have contacted you, they will be able to give you more information and see if
there is any other way in resolving the problem for you. If your return is still the only way to resolve the issue the member of our team will be
able to supply you with the correct address for your returned product.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The ONLY Courier's we use are Royal mail: ROYAL MAIL 1st & 2nd Class, Standard International
Occasionally we use Parcel Force 24 or 48 on larger items.
Delivery takes 2-5 working days from when we receive all the details for your order.
We dispatch within 1-3 working days.
We do also offer a UK express service with delivery being 2-3 working days there is an additional £7.99
charge for express delivery & a UK priority service for £14.99 with delivery 1-2 working days, If you choose express delivery please be aware that the extra cost is for a priority order charge, the extra price you pay is not just for the postage but is used to boost your order to
the front of all others and allowing your order to be dispatched first.


We reserve the right to cancel the order/contract at any time.
Each sign will be made to the customers specification.
1st 4 Signs Ltd will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes or typographical errors made by the customer.
If your order is not manufactured to your instructions you have a right to cancel and return the goods either a full refund or replacement goods.

Self Fitting & Self Apply Signs Graphics & Any Other Orders Which Are Collected From Us:

We do not cover any collected products once they have left our premises, you will be asked to fully inspect the item before you leave with it,
once you have left after confirming you are happy with the product it will become your sole responsibility. If you have purchased something
to fit yourself we hold no responsibility if the fitting goes wrong or you break or damage the product. We offer a full fitting service at a cost which comes with our 6 months after care service.

Commercial Signs & Vehicle Graphics:

We cover all our signs and vehicle graphics for 6 months against any problems that occur due to manufacturing defects of fitting failures.
Please call us immediately if you notice any problems so that we can resolve them as quickly as possible for you.

Vehicle graphics after care, Please hand wash your vehicle only, we will advise you of this before you collect your vehicle on the day of fitting. We do not take any responsibility for any fade marks that made be left by vinyl graphics after they are removed from the vehicle. If you have any concerns about this please ask us for our advise before you have your vehicle sign written.

Commercial signs are available on various substrates, we will advise you of the most suitable material for your sign and purpose, if you decide to take a cheaper product as a temporary measure we will advise you of what the possible consequences maybe, you will then be responsible if any of the things we have advised you about come to pass.


Any claim under our guarantee must be supported with visual evidence prior to any settlement being authorized.

Privacy Policy:

1st 4 Signs Ltd will not disclose buyers information to any third parties nor store any sensitive information.


The customer shall indemnify and keep indemnified 1st 4 Signs Ltd and and against all claims, costs, demands and expenses against the Company or any of its employees, howsoever incurred, arising out of the printing or distribution by the Company of any matter that is or may be unlawful, criminal, tortuous or libellous, or that infringes or may infringe any copyright, patent or design.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance.
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
